"I want to return my product, what are the Return Conditions, which products can I return?

You can return the product you purchased under the following conditions by applying to www.irsad.com.tr within 14 days from the day you received it from the cargo. In this context, you will not pay any "shipping fee" for the products you send back.

Promotional and campaign products given as gifts must also be returned at the same time as the product you are returning.

The conditions within the scope of return are as follows;

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, goods whose prices are determined on the stock exchange or other organized markets, goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or clearly his personal needs, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, goods that deteriorate quickly or are likely to expire.

Exercising the right of withdrawal for the following products is subject to the condition that the product's packaging is unopened, intact and the product is unused.

It is not possible to return products that cannot be returned due to their nature, products that deteriorate quickly or are likely to expire.

Can I return the gift product in my order?

Products sold as free products on our site cannot be returned individually. Refund of the gift product is only possible when it is sent together with the main product, and you must send both the main product and the gift product at the same time. For this reason, you must request a return for both products. Refunds will be made for both products received and only the price you paid for the main product will be refunded to you.

*If the products you send for return include a gift product, you must send the gift product to us along with the main product during the return.

Will I pay shipping fees when returning my product?

During the return process, if there is a problem with the product caused by us, the shipping fee will be covered by us .

However, if you want to return any product, you must send it with the cargo company that delivered the product to you.

How do I track the process after sending the product?

• After your product is received by irsad.com, its packaging, accessories and invoice (*) will be checked.

• If the return is approved, the "product price" will be refunded to you within 3 business days, in line with your preference in the return application.

• If your return does not comply with the return conditions, the relevant product will be sent to your address with free shipping.

(*) If the product you are returning has a corporate invoice, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping share (product unit price).

My product was damaged during delivery, what should I do?

• If the product you purchased is 'damaged' or its packaging is 'deformed' , a 'Cargo Damage Report' is required. Otherwise, your 'damage report' for your product will not be accepted.

What should I do when receiving the product from cargo?

• We especially recommend that you check your product when you receive it and determine with the cargo officer whether there is any damage that you can notice on the product. If you make a determination at this stage, we kindly ask you to have the cargo officer prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" and send the product back with the same cargo without receiving it.

• When irsad.com is informed by the cargo that the product is damaged; Return procedures for the product will be initiated and a "product price refund" will be provided.

I noticed that the product was damaged after I received it from the cargo, what should I do?

irsad.com is not responsible for any damage/deformation in products received without a "Cargo Detection Report" .

The items in my order were missing. What should I do?

• First of all, check the products in the invoice and the products in the package. "Partial delivery" (sending the products in the same order by packaging them separately) may also have been made in your order. You can check the shipping dates and product status of your orders on the 'My Orders' page.

• If you receive a missing product after your checks; We kindly ask you to contact us via "Customer Services" or "E-mail" . The necessary inspections will be carried out quickly and the missing product will be sent to you.

My invoice did not reach me. What should I do?

• The invoices we prepare for your orders are sent to you visibly in a transparent bag on the product packages. Therefore, we ask you to check the incoming package first. If you have not received the original invoice for the product you purchased, it may be stuck at your cargo branch. You can contact your cargo branch and request that your invoice be sent to you. If you request your invoice from us, a copy of your invoice will be sent to you, stamped "as the original" . In your invoice requests, you must provide us with the full address information to which you would like your invoice to be sent.

The product(s) in my order arrived incorrectly. What should I do?

• If the product written on your invoice and the product in the box are not the same as the product you ordered, you can contact us within 14 days after you receive the product for any problems you have with your product.

After the inspection, the correct product will be replaced and the product will be sent back to your address.
